MEET Clarence
Clarence McCarver earned his real estate license about 20 years ago in 2003 and is a Realtor Associate for the Chinowth & Cohen Bixby office. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Wayne State University and earned his MBA degree with grad credits from Oral Roberts University and the University of Tulsa.
In the real estate industry, Clarence is known for offering professional, courteous, well-informed services and attention to each of his clients. Clarence values continuing education and strives to stay updated and ahead of changes in real estate markets. Clarence completed a special Ninja Selling CE, which focused on the philosophy and art of building customer relationships and helping them achieve their goals. Offering residential, commercial and leasing/rental real estate services.
Clarence has owned and operated his own McCarver's Financial and Management Advisory Services firm for over 40 years. Prior to owning his own firm, Clarence worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, an international CPA firm and for The Williams Companies (Fortune 500).
Clarence is active in the community. He served as a member of the former Grace School Advisory Board of Directors; and was the Treasurer, Co-Founder and Board member of the Tulsa Economic Development Corporation. Clarence was awarded Oklahoma's Small Business Advocate of the Year by the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Metropolitan Tulsa Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys being of service to his clients and community.
